Chris Wilkes
Founder and CEO
From his back patio overlooking the fourth fairway at The Club at Chatham Hills, Chris Wilkes often envisioned launching his own development company. Over time, that view inspired the name “Fairway Four”. The name stuck - not just because of the view, but because fairways and real estate projects share a similar structure: they have a clear beginning, a challenging middle, and an end where the outcome is measured. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Chris knows that the success of any project starts with a strong vision and thoughtful planning. From there, it takes careful management through the many challenges of the process, all the way to final delivery. “Fairway Four” became the perfect name for Chris’ next chapter - a company driven by his passion for building high quality, relationship focused developments that positively impact both stakeholders and communities.
